Getting your measurements right is everything. A perfect dress starts with perfect measurements — and we have spent years perfecting this process. After your order you receive our detailed guide with photos and video. Still unsure? Our managers are available every single day — just message us and we will walk you through it personally.

Photos and real brides

Every photo in our shop is taken in our own atelier by our in-house photographer. No stock images, no borrowed photos — only our real dresses in real light. We recommend ordering at least 3 months before your wedding day. Standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks, plus 2 weeks for delivery. Need your dress sooner? Message us before ordering — we will do everything we can to meet your deadline. The earlier you order, the more relaxed your wedding preparation will be.

Your dress will reach you wherever you are in the world. We ship via UPS and FedEx — reliable, tracked, and fully insured. All customs duties and taxes are included in your price. No hidden fees, no surprises. Delivery takes up to 2 weeks. As soon as your package is shipped you receive a tracking number to follow your dress all the way to your door.

Standard size dresses — returnable within 14 days of delivery. Unworn, undamaged condition only. Europe returns to Germany, USA returns to California. Return shipping is on us, minus a $100 logistics fee. Custom dresses are non-refundable — they are made for you and only you. In any other case returns and exchanges are unfortunately not possible. That said, we are a family business and our reputation means everything. If you have a problem — talk to us. We have never left a bride without a solution and we are not about to start.

Use a garment steamer before your wedding day — do not iron directly, it will damage delicate fabrics. Dry clean only, choose a specialist with experience in wedding dresses. Avoid washing, bleaching or soaking. Store in a dry place in a protective garment bag. Treat your dress well — it deserves it.

Ordering a wedding dress online felt a little intimidating at first, but my experience with Ksenia was truly wonderful. From the very beginning, everything was handled so professionally from the measuring process, with a detailed video explaining exactly how to do it, to all the communication along the way. She happily accommodated every change and personal detail I wanted to add, and she was always available, kind, and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions. As for the dress itself. it fit me perfectly, as if it had been made in person, and the quality is great too. Such a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for their dream dress.

The dress looks phenomenal! The quality is absolutely amazing, I feel like I bought it from a traditional bridal store!
