The item far exceeded my expectation, it was even more beautiful than pictured, the pictures does not do it justice. The shipping was so fast and arrived faster than anticipated, i was worried since the picture frame had a glass front and was fragile whether it will survive the journey but it was very well packed and arrived safely. Most of all the customer service was excellent, the seller answered all my questions and was very pleasant.
