Care instructions for Tumblers

Tumblers should be hand washed only. They are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. They should also not be left in hot cars, or in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. They are durable...but not indestructible... "kind of" like our acrylic nails :)

When will my order ship?

Estimated Delivery dates vary per item. Please check on estimated delivery date at check out or on your order. My current turn around time depends on the item you are ordering (Check on estimated delivery dates at checkout). I do my best to ensure your item will be shipped within the posted processing time, but once it is in USPS’s hands, I have no control over the time it will take to reach you. I send all orders out in time never late but in some instances, USPS has been holding packages for longer so plan accordingly.

What kind of tumblers do you use?

All tumblers are either from Makerflo or Hogg brand. All tumblers used are double wall, vacuum sealed stainless steel.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of these items and for hygienic reasons, I don't accept returns or exchanges and any cancellations need to be within 24 hours of ordering. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake on your order. Due to the cost of materials and preparation time, custom or made to order items cannot be refunded once work has begun

Shipping Policies and Damaged Items

All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and a tracking number is attached to your Etsy order when the package ships. We do our best to swaddle your tumbler like a newborn but in the event your item is damaged upon receipt, please keep all of the packaging and send me photos of both the shipping box and the damaged tumbler within 48 hours of receiving the package. I do ship with insurance, however USPS will likely require the buyer to provide the packaging in person for inspection prior to approving a claim. Failure to provide their required proof can result in a denied claim and I will be unable to replace the item in the instance of a denied claim.

Distressed Flannels Care Instructions

-Before washing your Flannel, turn it inside out. -Wash in Cold Water if possible. -Use a Gentle Cycle when washing your flannel. -Air Dry or Use Low Heat. -Iron Inside Out.

Can discounts be applied to orders placed before a sale starts?

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a sale or promotion begins. If your order was placed prior to a sale, the discounted pricing will not apply to that order. Any promotions or coupon codes are valid for future purchases only.
