Can I request a custom order?

Yes, all of our products are created just for you. If you have a special request such as longer text or a logo or unusual design, please let us know and we can create a customised order just for you.

What are you process and shipping times?

It usually takes us 1-2 days to customise a product just for you. Then the shipping time is dependent on your shipping destination. Shipping time estimates are shown on each product page. We ship worldwide and use a number of postal and shipping companies.

Is there an Express shipping option?

Yes, if you require something extra quick, please ask and we can organise an express courier for you. Worldwide express courier is usually 2-5 days. If you are in the UK, we have a 1-3 day option available. We can even do next day orders if required, just let us know and we will arrange it.

How do i personalise my order?

Please leave your engraving message in the 'Notes to Seller' section when you purchase the item, during checkout. If you miss this option, no problem, just send us a message and we will add your details.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes, we can do bulk and wholesale orders on many of our products. Just let us know your requirements and we will help process the order.

How many characters can you have on an item?

Each item is different. The space available per item varies, so we add a recommended character limit in each product description. If you have any questions or would like more characters than is available, just let us know and we will see what we can do.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, we guarantee that we will get it right. We don't make mistakes often, but if we have made a mistake on the personalisation of your order, just let us know immediately and we will fix the problem free of charge.

This heavy-weight engraved glass luxury jade crystal discovery trophy award is perfect for recognising the achievement of any corporate, sporting or school occasion. These crystal trophies can be personalised with your own message and/or logo.

We have a team of specialist engravers with a combined knowledge of more than 40 years worth of experience in the engraving industry. All of our engraving is done inhouse, using the latest in laser engraving technology, so we welcome any unusual requests to test our skills.

This stunning hexagonal Jade Discovery Crystal Award features uneven-length sides which produces a striking effect. Finely crafted from 19mm thick jade crystal this award has a substantial weight to it which gives a superior feel. As an extra design features the polished edges are finished with a twisted effect made to catch the light.

Each award is also presented in a luxury presentation box.

Absolutely lovely glass etched award! Thank you so much! Great service, lovely gift and timely delivery. Only downside was the box was split at one corner (but I have not reported this to seller as I do not expect a replacement or them to fix it). It didn’t detract from the gift.
