What if my order doesn’t arrive/gets lost in the mail?

All orders have a tracking number that both the customer and our shop can view at any time. We are not responsible for any USPS delays. If the shipping address on the order is correct and it does not arrive, please contact us along with your order number. We highly recommend filing for a lost item through your local post office first. Once your tracking info is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the loss of an item. We will only replace items if they are lost in transit or haven't been delivered after 4 weeks.

What if the shipping address I put was incorrect?

Please contact us if you put the wrong address before it has been marked shipped. Once it is marked shipped, we cannot change the address as it is the buyers responsibility to have put the correct address.

Can I get a refund on a custom order?

Custom orders may be shipped again if damaged, but not refunded as we cannot re-use or re-sell the item due to it being personalized. All custom products are approved by the customer before they are shipped.

I found this great shop with these beautiful bird stickers very colorful and realistic. I saw a Puerto Rican tody, a bird endemic to the island of PR, and had to have it. Since then I've made another purchase, and the seller is nice enough to take requests. I had a Puerto Rican parrot made, and it came out AMAZING! Everytime I check her shop out I see something else I like. Very talented. The items always arrive quickly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
