Do I need experience to put together a balloon garland?

No, our balloon garlands require ZERO experience with balloons. Every garland comes with detailed instructions on how to put the garland together.

How long will the balloons last?

Typically balloons inflated with air last 2-3 weeks, balloons inflated with helium last 24 - 48 hours. Please be advised that balloons are sensitive to weather, weather conditions may impact the longevity of your balloons.

What if my balloon has a defect?

Quality is my number one priority. Before selecting manufacturers, all the balloons I sell went through various quality tests. It is my process to hand inspect every balloon before it is packaged to be shipped. I only use the highest quality balloons that are professional grade and produced in the USA or Canada. Not all defects can be seen until a balloon is inflated, but I do include extra balloons with garland and balloon bouquet orders as a backup for you just in case anything should happen. If you run into trouble, send me a message, and I will do my best to help you!

Why do the colors of my balloons look different than in pictures?

The balloons you receive ship flat. Because balloons are made out of a stretchy latex, the colors are different when flat vs. when they are inflated. for example, navy and green look black, ivory looks yellow, all shades are far darker. This is normal as the latex will expand as the balloon is blown up with air or helium, changing the color. If you are unsure about the items you received, I'm happy to help you, please message me.
