Strong double-sided transparent tape (included).
Note that this is super strong tape, so it may be difficult to remove from the fridge wall, but that's the idea, as there is a lot of moisture inside the fridge, the tape is strong.

Nuno was incredibly helpful when I asked for recommended size to suit my pen, which was not listed. He created a new model based on some photos and basic measurements, which fit excellently on first try. Enjoying the extra space available in my fridge now.
