To get the best size for you, please measure your neck with a seamstress tape measurer or string (or a common household item - like headphones) to where it is ideal or comfortable, and measure to the nearest inch!

GOLD FILLED / STERLING SILVER ITEMS
- These items can be in contact with water. To clean them, wash with lukewarm water and unscented soap.
- If your jewelry is getting dull, polish it up with a polishing cloth (you can find these on Amazon.
- Don't sleep in these items to prevent unnecessary wear and tear. Wipe down with a cloth and store in a sealed bag.

GOLD PLATED / SILVER PLATED ITEMS
- Do not wear it to the shower, pool, or gym, etc., as sweat/water will damage the tarnish resistant outer coat. Don't let chemicals sit on your necklace (e.g. chlorine, bleach, etc) **
- Do not wear it to sleep in order to prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
- When finished wearing, wipe down with cloth and place in sealed bag to prevent tarnishing.

We package our jewelry in cute 3" x 3" envelopes, ready for gift giving. We try to be environmentally friendly, so we will combine up to 3 necklaces in 1 envelope.

Please note if part of the order is a gift, and we will package it separately from the rest.

Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, so it is hard to predict. Although most packages go through without any charges, there are some that may incur charges. RETURNS: We accept returns for unworn jewelry with all original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date, except for personalized jewelry + bracelets.

EXCHANGES: We accept exchanges for unworn jewelry within 7 days of the delivery date, except for personalized jewelry + bracelets.
