These cute plasterware chalkware statue figurines are by ABCO aka Alexander Backer of NY.
They date back to the 1940s.
10 inches tall including the base.
This guy is standing next to a planter pot. I have the same figure listed with no planter as well. This guy looks like maybe his neck was repaired? Not sure, study the pictures, glad to send more. He still displays nicely. Some paint loss inside planter.
