When will my order ship?

We try our best to create and ship items as soon as possible. Our processing days is 2-3 business days. We always accommodate. If we are not told that you need your order rushed, it will be created and sent in the order it was received in.

What if I need resizing?

Need resizing after receiving the ring? We can help. Please send us a message before purchasing the resizing listing. Follow instructions on sending ring back to us. Steps on resizing: 1. Send us a message and we will give you the resizing information 2. Confirm your new ring size 3. What if my package gets lost in the shipping transit?

We are not responsible for any loss or damage once your package is in transit. We truly hope you receive your ring(s) and ask to please enter correct shipping address so that your order arrives to you. If we receive a return package, buyer is responsible for new shipping fee to reship your package

International customers

It’s important to keep in mind that country’s customs agency may determine you owe a duty or tax. Each country determines the assessment of duties and taxes differently. Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Most sellers on Etsy are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Tungsten rings are very popular and do not need much care. We do recommend removing rings while working in hard construction or any hatch activity that can ruin the ring. We do recommend not wearing for work if you work in hard labor. Rings can be work everyday and all day. Always Pat dry after washing, wetting or using rings in water
