How do you ship your stickers?

For Domestic sticker orders items are being shipped in a letter envelope via Pitney Bowes' service. This is a delivery estimator used by Etsy and not true tracking. USPS tracking or expedited deliveries are available via upgrade in each listing under the shipping section. For International stickers, items are being shipped via a stamped letter envelope with no tracking. Arrival may take anywhere between 10-15 business days dependent on your local courier service and weather conditions.

Are your stickers waterproof?

My stickers are not fully waterproof, they are water-resistant, meaning they can handle water splashing and light hand washing. However, it cannot handle being submerged in water. For maximum durability and to preserve your sticker as long as possible, limit its use to indoor items and expose it to hand washing only. Do not leave it soaking or run through the dishwasher if using it on items like water bottles.

What size are you stickers?

Most of my stickers are die-cut and around 3 inches (7.6cm) in either height or width. Each listing will specify how big they are for each design.

What does 'handmade sticker' mean?

It means that I own the entire production process of the making of the sticker. The process consists of designing/drawing, printing, laminating, and cutting. Everything is done by me without involving a third-party service. I express it is handmade as I make these myself every step of the way which means there are some very slight variations or differences in each sticker which may not be so present in stickers that are made by a professional print company. However, please note that I am committed to keeping my quality as consistent and as high as possible.

What about stickers that don't mention 'handmade' in the title or listing?

This means that I design the sticker but let the printing, laminating, and cutting be handled by a third-party professional print company. This was done with my older stickers as I did not have the means to print and cut them myself. Also I may move popular stickers to use this service for really large orders such as wholesale ones.

My order never arrived (showing delivered or stuck in pre-transit), what do I do?

For domestic orders, if you chose the free shipping option, the order was sent using Pitney Bowes' tracking. This is a tracking estimator that Etsy uses to help buyers understand when their orders will arrive. This estimator works based on when the letter is scanned during distribution and sorting. "Delivered" but not here: This means that the tracking can say "delivered" but actually be 1-3 days out for delivery. Stuck in "Pre-transit" This means that there was a missed scan during shipping but the order is still on its way to you as it was processed within the shop's processing times. There is also a small chance it got lost in transit. If you do not get the order within the 1-3 business days please reach out to me! I will help you!

Do you take commissions or make custom stickers?

Unfortunately at this time, I am not taking custom orders but, maybe in the future!
