Stainless steel drinkware is double-walled and vacuum-insulated; They will keep drinks hot or cold for hours. They are finished with a high-gloss FDA-compliant epoxy once cured. All cups come with a lid and stainless steel straw (wine tumblers, 30-oz. skinnies and 40-oz. tumblers will have a plastic one). All tumblers are hand - decorated and will vary from each other. These are handmade items and slight imperfections will occur but do not affect the functionality of the drinkware. Care instructions to keep your tumblers long lasting are included:

-Hand-wash mild mild soap and water; do not use abrasives
-Do not soak
-Drinkware is metal, do not microwave
-Avoid extreme heat
-Avoid hard impacts

I sell stainless steel tumblers in a variety of sizes and styles. They are decorated by hand with a variety of paints, glitter and vinyl and charms. All tumblers (except fully-rhinestones cups) are sealed with an epoxy that is FDA-compliant once fully cured. With each tumbler being handmade, slight variations may occur; however, any orders purchased of the same style will be matched as close in appearance as possible. There may be slight imperfections, but this will not affect functionality.

Tumblers should be treated with care. Their epoxy coatings provide a smooth feel, gloss shine and durable finish, but extreme wear and tear will damage them. Care instructions are provided with each cup:

• Hand-wash with mild soap and water; do not use abrasives
• Do not soak
• Drinkware is metal; do not microwave
• Avoid extreme heat and hard impacts

Personalization: Please check and double-check any information provided for personalization on your order. I ask that you respond to any inquiries as quickly as possible to avoid delays in the processing of your order(s).

If your tumbler is a custom-made or personalized item, returns/exchanges are not accepted. If you purchased a stock item and it is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Items must also be unused and in the original packaging. Please provide a receipt and photo(s) of the damaged/defective item(s). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

My standard window of time to ship is 3-4 weeks; this time includes the time it takes me to produce your custom tumbler. I am able to produce multiple orders at a time; depending upon sales volume at the time of your order, you may see your product delivered in less time. If the shipping window must be extended, item descriptions will already be updated to reflect this.
