I received my sweatshirt within about a week, very good quality I love it!
First pullover sweater I received the print on it was so light you could barley see if anything was on the sweater. The customer service was nice enough to send me another and let me choose any color I wanted for the print. I thought Katy was very nice. My only complaint would be that the mistake happened in the first place. I almost wondered if whoever made the sweater didn’t look at it before sending it out? Lastly, it took a bit for the mistake to be corrected and sent out. Overall it took a little over two weeks to get the sweater. Once I got the new sweater I was happy and loved it.
