How do I access my files?

- How do I access my files? HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL FILE: Log in to your Etsy account Click on “You” (top right) Choose “Purchases and reviews” Find the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order) The file will go to your “Downloads” folders Somes files will be instant downloads . Bundles or Files greater than 5 images will be in a zip folder. You will have to unzip/extract the files to utilize them properly. If you have questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

What is Important to know when using these files?

Please be aware and familiar with your cutting software as many of the files will require you to understand how to "ungroup", "attach", "weld", etc. YouTube is a great resource to learn more about how to use the files appropriately. Also it is important that you are aware of what type of files your cutting software is compatible with.

Can I get a refund on my purchase?

No. Due to the digital nature of the files, I do not accept refunds on purchases. You will need to be familiar with unzipping/extracting files as well as layering in some instances to fully utilize the files. I am available to troubleshoot when problems arise with the files but unfortunately I am unable to give guidance related to use of cutting software. Please consult YouTube to learn more about your cutting software and how it handles digital files.
