Quality is exquisite. Shipping took longer than expected and I wasn't provided with a tracking number, but customer service was quick, kind and efficient. I just wish the closure behind the lobe was tighter/more firm

Customer ordered earrings with FREE STANDARD delivery. Although they ordered earrings WITHOUT the tracking number and with slower method I purchased premium DHL shipping method AND I provided a link for tracking. I contacted Etsy support for removing this review as it is not accurate. I also contacted the customer, but no answer unfortunately :( I put all my heart and soul in my little shop, to provide 100% high quality handmade jewelry with fantastic customer service. It's sad that, even if I purchased the premium shipping and provided a link, this is not enough :( About the closures, I always include 2 types of closures,so there is a choise. Sometimes people cannot be satisfied no matter what!
