Can you add a name to any phone case?

Sure! If the phone case you like is not a custom name case, then don't worry :) I can add your name or monogram to any of my products.

Are you shipping worldwide?

Yes, of course! :) I can send your order anywhere around the world. All order are shipped from New York, US.

Can I track my package?

Yes, of course! All the packages are shipped as tracked packages, so you can track your orders movement anytime.

When will my order ship?

Production time is 1-3 business days, since all of my products are made to order just for you.

Can I return the item I received?

Yes, of course. You can return it in 14 days, please send the case back to us, we don't provide return labels. However if you ordered a personalised item (the phone case includes your name or any other custom request) I DO NOT accept exchanges or returns.

My order arrived later than I expected.

I'm truly sorry if you received your package later than you expected. However I am not responsible for any delay caused by postal services, once the package was shipped I have no control over it. Please remember that all items are custom made and production time it 1-3 business days. Will the colors look exactly like the pictures online?

This is something I cannot say for sure. There can be some differences in tones, since all screens and mobile screens display colors and tones differently.
