If using the Pre-Made List Pages, print out the guide page and adhere your sticky notes inside the boxes.
Then place that sheet back into your printer and print out your desired list page.

If you want to create your own notes, use the Sticky Note Template (Guide Boxes are not editable and are there for you to use for design and spacing purposes). Use Canva to open the template and begin designing your own sticky notes. Once your design is complete just print out the guide page with the boxes and then attach your sticky notes and place in your printer. Next, just print your custom sticky notes.

*Please know that all printers are different with how they feed and position the paper in your printer. It may take a few tries to get the correct result. Things to look for...which side of the paper does your printer print on, which direction does it pull from the paper tray, etc. Also be sure that you place the paper with the sticky notes so that it runs through your printer smoothly and does not cause a paper jam.

Also, some brands of sticky notes may vary slightly in size. Depending on the slight size differences that may occur you may need to center your sticky notes carefully to get the desired look.
