Even after a lengthy process with customs, I am extremely Satisfied with everything. They worked with me on a custom, Darlings Cotton Candy Clouds Cart. They brilliantly matched Our Larkspur Blue color. The motor is 88 pounds hence I needed a sturdy shelf - this cart did not disappoint: I am confident the motor can "live" in this cart for traveling. It's very nice to be able to move the motor around without having to move it from table to shelf - whew! The communication between me and the owner was on point. I never had to wait long for a response and when I had a setback he worked with me. I will be working with them in the future, hopefully for another cart! We will see.... Don't hesitate, the price and his patience are worth it! I can't wait to use this at my first event.
