Grade S – Highest quality products. These products have very little to no flaws. This includes very minor flaws that are difficult to notice. Grade A – Unnoticeable minor flaws. Minor flaws include light scratches, dust/dirt particles, small air bubbles, minor glitter misplacement and slightly offset printing. Grade B – This includes noticeable scratches, printing errors, visible dust/dirt particles, more air bubbles, small over/under filled epoxy and small over/under filled colors. Flaws are noticeable upon close inspection. Grade C – Lowest quality with noticeable flaws and damages. This includes large scratches, loose fitting attachments, large over/under filled epoxy, large over/under filled colors, and large printing errors.

Lost/Damaged Packages

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have shipped or have been delivered. I will do what I can to assist with any lost packages but please contact your local post office before contacting me.

Please be sure to provide a valid and complete shipping address with a first and last name. Please contact me as soon as possible for any changes to the shipping address. Changes can no longer be made once the label has been created. If I am unable to validate the shipping address, I will contact the buyer for clarification or request any addition information needed. In the case a buyer has moved and no longer lives at the address provided, please contact your local post office. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a correct forward address.

Changes to the quantity and combining of separate orders is NOT allowed. To make the process easier for the buyer and myself, please cancel the order and place a new order with the correct number of items. Changes to an order are not allowed once the shipping label has been created.

Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of purchase. If it has been more than 24hrs please contact me, provide a reason why you would like to cancel and I will cancel the order. Orders can not be cancelled once the shipping label has been created.

I DO NOT accept returns. However, a return may be accepted ONLY if there was a mistake in the quantity of item(s). Please be aware I am not responsible for any return shipping fees or packing materials. The buyer must pay for the shipping fee as well as ensure the item is repackaged safely. Tracked shipping is required for ALL returns. Once the order has been delivered to me, then I will provide a refund.

International Shipping

Due to COVID-19, there are delays in both Standard and First-Class shipping. Please expect orders to arrive up to 3 months after it has shipped. If there are no updates to the tracking information, please be patient. If the order is in transit it should still arrive but feel free to contact me and I will do my best to provide further information on the order. If the order has not arrived after 3 months please contact your local post office. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do for lost packages once it has left the US.
