What is the return policy

When buying from Eponia at Etsy we offer 14-day right return policy.

Is the return free of charge

No, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. Any shipping costs remaining are not refunded. Therefore, it is very important to register the parcel as A RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS at the chosen freight/post company. You can ask Eponia to add a Fedex return freight lable to a extra fee of 500 sek/50£/€50/$55 for itom up to 1,5 kilograms

Can I return a used product

NO, returned products must be unchanged and unused condition you can test size but you cannot ride in the horsetack. Labels, any Velcro fasteners, labels are found on the product in the same condition as on delivery. The return must be well packed and in the same way as these were delivered. In the event of damaged returns, such as the above-mentioned lost labels, damaged Velcro straps, dirt, hair or removed protective plastic, Eponia has the right to charge a depreciation compensation in accordance with how damaged the product has become. Up to 100% of the value of the product if it is not considered to be in resale condition. Money is refunded for the item minus the value deduction according to law.

When will refund on returned products be returned

Refunds will be made when Eponia have received and checked the condition of the goods. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product. The shipping cost remains and is thus never refunded.

Ordering and changing your mind

If you have ordered and paid an item and changed your mind before we have shipped the item. We will charge/keep 60 SEK approx 5 Euro/ 5 USD. This is to cover the ETSY transaction fees that are bestowed on us as sellers on ETSY for managing purchases through their platform.

Courirer retun due to custom unpaid

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the courier returns the parcel, we will refund the product price minus to and from any fees charged to us. This is applicable all countries exept EU and US. If customs destroys or abandons the parcel, we may not be able to recover the goods and no refund may be available

Excellent reins for a fantastic price! They are so soft and supple but the design allows for the perfect grip. They work great for someone who has a hard time gripping reins or letting reins slip through their fingers! Shipping was fast too!
