Can I Mix & Match Gift Wrap Sheets? Yes! Just leave a note in the personalization box at checkout (Charizard x3, Pikachu x2). Do you take custom orders? Currently, I’m not accepting full custom commissions, but I love hearing your ideas! So send them all my way! Do you offer gift wrapping for orders? Absolutely! I have a variety of cute gift wrap options available for $3+ Will my order include prices on the packing slip? No, prices are never included on packing slips. If you’d like to add a custom message, just leave a note at checkout! Is the packaging eco-friendly? I try my best! Many items come in recyclable mailers or protective sleeves. Some items need extra packaging for safety, but I minimize plastic wherever possible.

Postal services may experience occasional delays during peak seasons or due to carrier volume, but typical delivery times remain within standard shipping estimates. International orders can take anywhere from 2–6 weeks, depending on your location and your country’s customs processing times. For our UK & EU customers: All orders shipped to the UK and EU are subject to VAT (Value-Added Tax), which Etsy collects at checkout. Etsy automatically includes the appropriate IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) / VAT number on your package, which helps ensure your item moves through customs smoothly and prevents unexpected fees at delivery. Germany: Unfortunately, due to LUCID/Verpack requirements, we are currently unable to ship to Germany at this time.

Restock & Availability

Do you restock sold-out items? Yes! Most items are restocked, though many designs are limited to three restocks before retirement. If you’d like to be notified, send me a message and I’ll let you know when it’s back! Can I reserve an item before it’s restocked? I don’t offer reservations, but I’m happy to message you as soon as it’s available again. Will discontinued items ever return? Once an item is retired, it generally won’t return, unless it’s brought back as a special re-release.

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time: My current processing time is 1–3 business days. Every order is carefully packed to keep your items safe, secure, and cute! Shipping: U.S. orders typically take 3–7 business days depending on USPS/UPS handling and holiday volume. International shipping varies by country and may take longer. Expedited Shipping: Available as a separate listing if you need your order sooner. Delivery by a Specific Date: If you need your order by a certain day, please message me first and I’ll let you know if it’s possible. Wrong Shipping Address: If your order hasn’t shipped, I can update it. If it has, I’ll do my best to redirect it. Combining Orders: Yes! Multiple orders can be combined, and I’ll refund any extra shipping costs.

Lost/Delayed Packages

What happens if my tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have the package? If USPS/UPS marks a package as delivered but it's not there, please: 1. Check with household members and neighbors. 2. Check your mailbox, parcel lockers, and any alternate delivery spots. 3. Wait 24–48 hours, USPS/UPS sometimes scans items as delivered early. If it still doesn’t show up, message me and I’ll help you figure out the next steps! What if my package is stuck in transit? Packages can be delayed due to weather, holidays, or USPS/UPS routing. If your package hasn’t moved in 7+ days, let me know and I can assist in filing an inquiry. Do you replace lost packages? If a package is confirmed lost by USPS/UPS, I will work with you to find the best solution!

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Do you accept returns or exchanges? I typically do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days and I’ll be happy to help! Can I cancel my order? Yes, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Can I change the items in my order after purchasing? Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Message me quickly so I can adjust it for you!

When bought (with no items EXCEPT other gift wraps, stickers, or prints, reaching a minimum quantity of 6 sheets), these sheets will automatically come in a tube mailer and a cellophane wrap for extra protection, no creasing!

✧ If any other items were purchased alongside gift wraps (i.e. items such as memopads, notebooks, or did not meet the minimum quantity of 6 sheets, etc..), these sheets will come FOLDED during shipping, packaged appropriately in either a box or bubble mailer with the other items purchased!

✧ If you need these gift wraps by a certain time frame, please be aware that our processing time takes about 1-3 business days, and shipping usually takes about 3-7 business days (not including the postal office's handling time.) I'll do my best to accommodate but please plan ahead to avoid any disappointments!
