Sizing for hats is based on head circumference. Our sizes are based on what fits each age on average; however sometimes this can vary. Taking a soft measuring tape around the circumference of the head will ensure the best fit. Sizing for other items will be disclosed within the description of the item. Should you have any questions about sizing, please reach out and ask.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom ordering is available and negotiated upon request. With a custom order purchase, you get the chance to work one on one with Vlada Edwards (owner + designer) to create a special knitwear piece in the yarn and color combination you desire.

Knitwear may pill as a natural result of friction when fibers of yarn start lose their bind to each other. Do not pull on the pilling yarn. Instead, remove unwanted fuzz by carefully cutting it off with a small pair of scissors or with a razor.

Our regular hat knitwear line is made with a wool blend yarn (a lamb's wool + acrylic blend). If we use other yarn in our knitwear, we will specify it in item’s description.

Measure around the head circumference starting from the back of the head and refer to the size options. Please measure before ordering and, when in doubt, size up!

Knitwear can generally be spot cleaned with lukewarm water + Woolite. Alternatively, you can soak your item in a lukewarm water + Soak for 10-15 minutes, then gently squeeze the water out (do not wring or twist), reshape and lay flat to dry. If you are washing a hat with a pom-pom, do not submerge the pom-pom into the water, just the hat.
