This digital template provides a concise guide for handlers to refer to when out and about with their service animal(s). Complete with a side for both civilians and businesses, this template provides specific language that conveys your rights as a handler and some insight on common courtesy. Formatted to be made into business cards, with PDF and PNG options for download. For at-home printing, I've included a PDF formatted for traditional printer paper (8 1/2 by 11) that has 12 templates per page, per side. Please note: the template for the print-out sheet has been provided in an alternative color way, with saving printer ink in mind. Ideally, you can print this double sided, then cut it out yourself for a budget-friendly option on-the-go. Personally, I prefer the actual business cards, but these are much more readily available.

As a service animal handler myself, every time I'm in public, there is always someone questioning me. I got so sick of it that I made my own template, had cards made with Vistaprint, and started handing them out to people. I saw that here on Etsy, others are selling the cards fully made, but if you're really handing these out to people, you're going to want to make them in bulk. If you're here looking for this item, reading this description, I know exactly the experiences that led you here, and I'm sorry for that. Being disabled shouldn't come with this many complexities. Refusal to provide equal access is a prosecutable violation of civil rights. It's the equivalent of denying someone a wheelchair, for instance.
