Where can I find my digital pattern download?

*Sign in to Etsy.com (not the app) and go to Your account. *Go to Purchases and reviews. *Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. *Etsy also sends you an email receipt where you'll find a link to download your files. Again, you'll have to be on their website, not the app. You can download as many times as you'd like.

Why can't I see the order under my Etsy account?

If you have more than one Etsy account, be sure to log into the one you made your purchase from. Also check your email because Etsy sends you a receipt where you'll find the link to download your files.

I didn't get an email from Etsy or see the purchase under my account. Why?

If you have an Apple device you may have Private Relay enabled. This feature hides your email address from Etsy so you may not receive your receipt or see the download under your account. If you think this applies to you, contact me with your name and email. I can look up the order and email the pattern to you directly.

Directions were sent within minutes. They were easy to follow. I added a bit of padding to the inside of the crochet holder but totally not necessary. Some pockets at 1 inch can hold multiple smaller hooks. You can customize the width of the pockets. Love the flap on top so hooks cannot drop out when organizer is wrapped up.

Instructions were done very well. My daughter is going to love this gift for Christmas. The only change I made was the width of the spaces for the crochet hooks. My daughter has a typed that has a very wide handle in the middle of it. So I used 1.5" width instead of 1". Crossing fingers it will work and be wide enough.
