To find the Apple Watch face size, check the backside of the device. It shows what series your watch is along with the mm size. Series will not make a difference to our bands. However the mm size will. Our current size we carry is for the 38mm, 40mm, and 41mm (these bands are universal for all mm sizes listed). For the actual size of your band, check the original watch band that came with your apple watch. Currently we only carry a Small/Medium band which is a common size as it has 7 holes to adjust to the correct length of your wrist. We will have more size options available in the future, please keep checking back for the newest updates.

We use advanced printed technology. Print is harder to adhere to material so as with anything, fading will happen over time and is expected. To keep your band looking new & vibrant please avoid harsh chemicals such as: bleach, alcohol, acetone, and etc. *** If you plan on getting a spray tan, do NOT wear the watch band during this time frame (temporarily replace with an older band) as it will rub off on lighter colors. *** Excessive sun exposure will activate fading much sooner than expected so be sure to protect and care for your band!! Our watch bands are a necessity in our lives and will tend to get dirty at times. To clean your watch bands simply use soap and water, this will not hurt or strip your band of color.

If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me. I will do everything I can to make your experience great! I do inspect every band very thorough before it is sent out, but I do understand things happen whether it is a mistake on my end or an issue that happened in transit. Make sure to keep your band & have it in original packaging.

Can I exchange for a different design?

At this time I do not accept exchanges. I am a small business, so my quantity is lower and I may not have extras on hand. Please be sure to carefully take a look at my entire site before choosing your favorite and purchasing!

What if my order is lost?

Due to Covid, in some cases there can be an issue with your order. If your order was lost while in transit, insurance covers up to $100 in product. Please reach out to me to resolve this issue. Being a new business I'm not sure the exact process, but I will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue and to be in contact with USPS.
