How long will shipping take?

Everything is made to order in our shop in Texas. Most orders are cut, sanded, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days of ordering. Larger custom pieces can take a little longer, but we'll let you know when you can expect your order before you purchase.

Do you do custom orders?

We absolutely do! Whether you want to make a modification to one of our existing products, or if you have an idea for something new, we would love to help!

We ship UPS Ground from Texas unless you've arranged something else with us. Transit is usually a few business days on top of the build time, depending on how far you are from Texas.

How do I track my order?

The moment your order ships, Etsy emails you a tracking number automatically. You can also find it anytime under Purchases → your order. Pop that number into ups.com for the latest delivery estimate.

My tracking says "label created" but hasn't moved — is something wrong?

Almost always no. UPS can take a day or two to log the first scan after we hand off the package. If it still hasn't updated after a couple of business days, message us and we'll chase it down.

Custom and personalized orders

Send us a message! Depending on our production queue, we might be able to ship your order a little sooner or we can work together to find the correct shipping option to make sure your order arrives when you need it!

Do you offer paint or stain?

Absolutely! Everything ships in natural birch, unfinished. Send us a message and we can quote out painting or finishing your order!

Can you build something you don't have listed?

Often, yes! We will not make an exact copy of another product, but if it is made out of wood, we can likely make it! Send us a message and we can quote your project!

I’m very happy with my new display! I ordered the 18x24 as well as the wooden pegs. I used it to display my featured products for my shop. I noticed a lot more people walk up to my booth because the wooden pegboard was big and eye catching. Shipping was quick. I would definitely recommend this product if you want to grow your small business :)
