Custom Orders: It takes on average 6-8 days for the designer to customize your files.

Drafts are usually provided within 4-8 business days. Please be available to review and approve the draft prior to use mailing or shipping the print out to you. Please note that we will not send out any finals unless they are approved by the customer. Be advised, that once you have received the final physical print and there is something you would like to change, there will be additional charges applied for any additional printing and shipping services

Carefully write the desired personalization. Please try not to include any errors or mistakes in the text and date of your order. We add the text in the form in which we received, including grammar errors, capital letters, punctuation етс. We never ask about the correct spelling, but if you see an error in your text, we will correct it before the draft is approved.

It takes 6-8 business days for artwork, photo, canvas to print and shipped out. If you have an urgent order and need to be sent next day we will be able to expedite that process for extra charge $15.

We ship items from our studio in New York, so the delivery time can be up to 5 business days, depending on your location

We will replace and reship your item with no questions asked. But we first ask to give us a chance to fix it for you, instead of leaving an emotionally charged review for our store.

Rush orders are available and will be charged extra. Please contact us for more details.

When you check-out for physical items you see free shipping. However, if you are an international buyer and item will be ship outside the US please keep in mind that shipping outside the USA is not free. The reason why this happens is that since we have Digital products in the same listing with Physical products and Etsy System does not work properly when assigning shipping rates. Therefore, we ask you to write to us if you are an international buyer before purchase the product.

1. You can print the file as many times as needed for personal use or as a gift for someone you like.
2. All the listings are only for personal use! You can not share or sell the digital file or the printed copy!
3. Files may not be used on any website, banner, blog, logo.
