Overall this a really good experience. The hair is beautiful! Handles heat really well . Flexi rods even better . Washed & conditioned the hair, it returned to its beautiful state . Limited amount of shedding . Even my hair stylist bought some of this hair.

I usually give 5 stars across the board because my hair usually arrives on time. However, this time, it arrived after my appointment. I did reach out to the seller, but the hair was not shipped until 3 days after my purchase. I so very much love the product and will continue to order, but I was just a bit disappointed with the arrival this time.
