What size pen tips do you have?

All our pens, both Sharpie and InkJoy, come with 0.7mm black ink.

Do you offer different color inks for the pens? Can I request blue ink?

At this time, all our pens come with black ink only.

When will my order ship?

The processing time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see the item description for each individual item.

For the Sharpie S-Gel Pens, do you know if the 0.5mm or 1.0mm size ink refills will fit inside instead of 0.7mm?

Yes! Any of the three ink refill sizes (0.5mm, 0.7mm or 1.0mm) will fit in the pens.

~ This listing is for a single pen.

~ Pens are PaperMate InkJoy Gel Pens (0.7mm) minus the clips (the clips have been removed!) and all come with BLACK ink. The pens are refillable, so don’t throw them away!

~ We only customize the pens, therefore we’re not responsible for the way they write.

~ Pens are made to order and no two pens will look exactly alike. I do try to make them as perfect as possible, but since they are handmade there may be slight imperfections.

~ All colors in the sample pictures may appear different on different screens.

~ The design and glitter colors for these pens cannot be changed. For other design/color options, please visit our shop page.

~ Please make sure to double check the spelling and punctuation of names. I will copy and paste directly from your order to prevent errors on my end.

~ Keep in mind if the font you pick is on the thinner side, the wording on the pen may be harder to read. This especially applies to the pink color.

~ If no font is chosen, I’ll choose one.

~ By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to the turnaround time that is currently 3-4 weeks (not including shipping time). Your order may not necessarily take that long, pens will ship out sooner if possible.

~ We do not have control over packages once we deliver them to the Post Office. We are not liable for any lost, stolen or delayed packages, so unfortunately if this happens, you will need to file a claim through USPS directly.

~ If your order is shown as “delivered”, but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS office.

~ Because the pens are custom, I do not accept refunds or exchanges once your order is placed.
