★ All products come pre-sanded and smooth to the touch
★ 3-5 business days for production, but we are always happy to accommodate rush orders!
★ The wood comes untreated and is beautiful when left as-is. We do not offer any in-house painting or staining, however, products can be painted or stained after-the-fact. If you decide to paint, stain, or seal your product we do recommend doing so AFTER the product has been assembled.
★ Assembly is required - All pieces slot together- so easy even your toddler can help! All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included. Basic tools required. Almost all products can be assembled with a screw driver, but an electric drill is recommended.

GENERAL INFORMATION/DISCLAIMERS:-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-All our wood products come untreated. If you are planning to use your product outdoors or around water, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-Our wood is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.

REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

Extremely well packaged and the bed seems to be high quality. We found it a little tricky to assemble. There were a couple discrepancies between the instructions and what we were given, including fewer pre-drilled holes than the instructions showed and different types of screws requiring hex screwdrivers. Not a big deal, but definitely a bigger project than your average flat pack furniture.

Excellent craftsmanship and beautiful bed. My daughter is a light sleeper and would wake from the crib drop. I put her down and roll away instead. She’s finally sleeping in her own bed now. Dani was incredible and patient with me while working on the order. I highly recommend!

Absolutely thrilled! I’m short at 5’2 and our baby girl from NICU quickly grew from 5lbs to 14lbs in just 4 months! I could no longer bend over a standard crib without folding my body in half so this floor bed crib is absolutely perfect! She sleeps so well in it and I never wake her up from a terrible crib transfer again. Sturdy wood and easy to build. Only took 1.5hours or so. Seller was fast to response and shipping was just in time before mom-in-law arrived the next weekend! Can’t wait to buy more baby furniture for the nursery as she grows.
