The order that arrived was excellent. I did order another item at the same time. Seems like it's coming from another source and by another method so was surprised when both items didn't arrive at the same time. It appeared that both items were coming from the same person so reached out to them. Etsy needs to do a better job of coordinating shipments so there is no additional charges for shipping from 2 different locations. Thank you.

Love these towels, only issue was I was not aware of a additional charge from FedEx for a custom fee. Wish I had known about the fee before I placed the order. From my understanding that fee is no longer. Excellent towels and customer.
