I didn’t want to but I ended up returning this. BUT it was a beautiful pale pink, very well made, and communication was great. I have a hat I love with a brim that comfortably covers my forehead and the opening isn’t snug. I hoped to get a pink one and was able to request one. On arrival it looked great but fit my head much tighter than I expected. I usually have no problem with hats being too small. It looked looser to me than it was and while there may be some body in the top, there is no leeway or stretch in the opening. We agreed on an exchange and she provided a return label. Very unfortunately it was still too small. My photo includes the hat I normally wear on cold days. She agreed to give me a refund if I sent it back myself and that has now been completed. I do recommend this shop, just consider your measurements.
