➤ If you've placed an order for a personalized item it will NOT START PRODUCTION UNTIL YOU APPROVE THE PROOF sent to you, via Etsy messenger. As long as you provide us with the correct information that your product's listing asks for, you will receive your first proof within 1-3 business days after purchase.

➤ If we do not receive an approval message back from you, the order will be set to a "HOLD" status until we receive your approval. Additionally, if we are missing any of your personalized information required for the design we will hold the order until we can reach you. In either situation this will delay your processing and production time that was originally quoted and you will receive your item later than the quoted timeframe.

➤ You sure can! Please reach out to us prior to purchasing any listing and we can discuss what you have in mind. We will review exactly what you are looking for and if we can accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that a custom design listing will incur a design fee for the graphic art and draft proofs.

➤ Personalization is using the exact design that you are interested in ordering and using your personal information where required. A custom design is any customization beyond what is required. This includes but is not limited to wording, fonts, colors, or any added logos or images. If further customization is desired, a custom listing will be created and will incur a design fee.

➤ We currently offer FREE shipping to the United States via USPS, UPS, GLS, DHL and FedEx.

➤ Our products make wonderful unique gifts! If you are giving a gift and want your order sent to the recipient, please make sure you enter the recipient's address when checking out. We are not responsible for incorrect address input.

➤ Every product we offer is made to order, therefore, it does take some time to craft the best quality products possible. Please refer to the processing times noted on the listings and at checkout. If you need an order within a certain timeframe, please reach out to us prior to purchase to see if we can accommodate your request.

➤ In the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We do require that you send us pictures of the shipping label, shipping box, and areas where the product is damaged. If any damage occurs during shipping we will work on a replacement right away!

➤ In order to minimize any issues with misspellings or wrong information it is crucial that when you receive your draft proof via Etsy message you review it carefully. We are unable to offer any refunds for mistakes made when a customer provides their personalized information.
