This double-sided wedding invitation suite is part of the Full Bloom Collection. The front of the cards feature a simple typography-focused design personalized with your wedding information. The back of the Wedding Invitation card features your monogram surrounded by a hand-illustrated floral border. The back of the details and RSVP card features a floral motif. This floral frame and motif features peonies, roses, and anemone flowers. Please know that the wedding information, paper color, and paper material are customized to you and your wedding day, but the fonts and design layout will remain the same.

You can send us a Reprint email. If your email has been approved, we will remake your order for 50% of the original value, any shipping charges will be billed at full value. If you require any product upgrades with your reprint the upgrade will be charged at full value.

If your order has been approved for a reprint it must satisfy the conditions below:

- Have at least 1 design element changed from the original order (style, color, size, etc)
- Must use the same artwork as the original order (exceptions on a case by case scenario)

This will give us a chance to discuss all of your design options and find the suite that will be the perfect fit for your aesthetic, your timeline, and your budget.

We ship to any countries serviced by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you are still unsure if you can receive our items, please add our products to your cart, and once you move to the check out section, input your address and shipping rates will populate.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your shipping location and the weight of your order. These rates are calculated directly with our shipping providers, so we cannot provide any further shipping discounts.

If you refuse delivery of your order or refuse to pick up your order, you will be held liable and charged for return shipping, duties, and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees. As all orders are custom made, your order will not be refunded.

Import duties and taxes are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery. Due to customs regulations and our own internal ethics policy, all packages will be marked with the value of goods purchased, and cannot be marked as “gifts.”

You can return any unused wax seal item purchased on sterlingstripes.com, including customized wax seals. Your refund will be the final value of the items returned, less shipping costs. If your return request is received within 25 days, we will create and pay for the shipping label to return your products. You will receive this label via email within two business days of your return request.

Because our products are customized for you, all stationery and wedding products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. If there is a printing error due to a mistake on our part, we will happily reprint that item at no cost. However, if there is an error in the proof provided to you and you approve the incorrect design and/or wording, you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting.

If your item is eligible for a return, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases.

Process is very important to us, so we created a unique collaborative method that allows you to review and approve your items during every phase. Our method ensures we are on the same page the whole time, and there are no surprises before or after printing. We will never send ANYTHING to print without your approval.
