All Bowls and crystal sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for bowls and crystals. We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through photos. That being said, we want all our bowls and crystals to be loved, and our clients happy. Please let us know if there is an issue. If we do accept a return, the bowl or crystal should be returned in original wrapping so that it is received unbroken. Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost to return the item. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gemstone jewelry is defective, we'll make things right. You can always contact us for any return questions.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I pack all orders with great love and carefulness to ensure impeccable delivery. All bowls are double boxed and crystals are placed in bubble wrap and then placed in a box. I care about every detail from production to shipping. I use eco-friendly materials as much as I can. If you're shipping directly to the person you'd like to gift, please let me know about it - I can gift wrap for a small cost and add a handwritten gift card. (just provide text),
