REFUNDS

The shoes must be in their original unworn condition. Once we receive them we will issue you a refund you will be responsible to pay for the return postage to ship the item back to us and the original shipping charges that are non-refundable, please use registered regular mail, not courier service.

EXCHANGES
If there is a problem with your shoes we will gladly exchange them as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving them. The shoes must be in their original, unworn condition. Please note that we will send you the replacement at our own expense you will just have to pay for the return postage.
