Hi, I'm Siobain, thank you for taking the time to view my art!

Inspiration for my paintings comes from the are where I live - The Burren, County Clare, Ireland. I love tactile material and so my work is usually very textured...I want the viewer to want to touch my work! When I begin a painting I may have a loose idea of what I want to create but its an organic process where I allow myself to go where the journey, and the pallette knife take me. I love saturated colour, contrasting light and dark with a vivid interplay of hard edges and soft blends.

- I use quality materials and each painting is varnished.

- A Certificate of Authenticty will be included with the piece.
