I have no issue with the item. In fact, it was delivered and I did not open it. I had an issue with the seller and the way an issue was addressed. Etsy refunded me before the item was delivered and gave me the option to donate it. The transaction was not customer service friendly and I would not purchase from them again.

You mentioned that you didn't open the product, which we also don't understand. People are curious about the product they buy and open it.
