Jewelry should only be put on after washing and applying any makeup, hair spray, gels, lotions or perfume.
Try to protect any jewelry from harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures and sunlight.
You should not wear beaded jewelry while doing household or outdoor chores.
You should never wear any jewelry when swimming or showering.
Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place.

Bags can be easily cleaned with a damp sponge.
Hand wash is allowed without preliminary soaking with detergent in cold water up to 30 degrees temperature.
Wash the bag without a brush, with light hand movements or with a soft sponge. Rinse well in clean water.
Do not squeeze! Wrap in a towel and allow excess liquid to absorb.
After washing, straighten to shape. Dry on a horizontal surface in a well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight and touching heating appliances.
Store bags horizontally in a clean and dry place. For a long time, under its own weight, it can deform the bag.

All made to order and custom made order are final once payment has been made no refund can be made after 24 hours as processing of items will be prepared the very soonest so if you buy please decide and be responsible enough and be aware of what you have purchased as Cancellation is not accepted after 24 hours. Take into consideration that made to order/custom orders are made as per colors you require so please decide first before purchasing.

If this is not possible you can return the product within 14 days with full refund - shipping costs not included.
If for any reason an item must be returned due to circumstances beyond my control (postal service delays), item must be returned in original, unopened box, with tracking # provided, within 7 days of acceptance. I would also recommend insurance, as if the package gets lost on the way back to me, I then cannot refund you. Once I receive it back, I will refund the cost of the item, minus shipping and charges etsy & Paypal.
For customs and duties it's the buyers responsible for.

For customs and duties taxes please check your local post first before making any purchase to avoid problems to be encountered in the future for your shipment on taxes.
Please be noted that I can not call customs for your packages clearance as per some customers asking me to call customs, once your shipment reached customs in your country I can not call of follow from here since it is overseas shipment and release depends with customs personnel and clearance. I hope you understand the situation and if possible you can contact your local post office since they can know recently updates. The tracking updates I send are my on line reference only and I do not contact or call customs for your packages. I hope that is clear. Thank you!
