I placed an order for a ring with my name. Instead I received a necklace with a different name on it. I message the seller who said they would send my actual order out ASAP. It has been over 2 weeks since the incident and have not heard back after multiple contact attempts. I have opened a case with Etsy and requested a refund. I understand eBay mistakes happen but to on top of that to have bad customer service when it was your error is absurd.
