All of our pennants and banners are crafted from US made wool-rayon blend felt. If they arrive wrinkled from shipping, they can easily be ironed flat with a medium-temp iron on the back side. If your pennant has lettering on both sides, cover it with a thin towel or cloth. Please take care never to touch the iron directly to any lettering.

If your pennant becomes stained, please try lifting the spot from the surface with a lint roller or piece of tape before using soap and/or water. Due to the natural wool content, the pennant may shrink and dark colors may bleed if it becomes wet.

Due to copyright policies, if you would like to add a specific logo, crest, trademark, etc. to your order, we will need to verify that you have the permission to use it.

If you are ordering on behalf of a business or organization, we would be happy to work with you to add your logo to the design.

If you are a student at a school, fan of a sports team, etc., you will need to seek the express permission of the school, organization, business, team or brand to use their copyright/trademark design.
