HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose Portrait Size.
2. After placing your order, send us a HIGH QUALITY image of your pet and you through Etsy messages.
- We will let you know if the image you sent is not the quality we are looking for so that you can send us another one.
- Try not to cover your pet's limbs.
- Make sure your pet's ears are in frame.
4. In the personalization box:
- (Optional) You can also tell us your desired background color or any modification you would like to add like names and others.

We will send you a preview of the design within 2-3 days! We will immediately begin production once the design has been approved. Otherwise, we can do modifications until you are satisfied. We will immediately send the design to you as soon as you approve the preview. The default format is JPEG but we can send other formats as per your request.

TURNAROUND TIME

- Production would take 2-3 days. After which, you will then be sent a proof (FREE FOR FIRST 2 PROOFS) for you to approve within 24 hours.
