Photograpy backdrop printed on best quality vinyl using the latest generation of eco-solvent ink naturally bright and resistant. The texture is matte, making it easier to adjust the light in photoshooting.

You can use them both on a flat surface and hanged vertically or combine them to get different effects everytime. The material is waterproof and super-easy to clean! Practical to use because they are light and not bulky: at the end of a work session you can simply roll them up and keep them in their sturdy cardboard tube.

- YOU DON'T GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT IN YOUR PICTURES. We are not responsible for the results you will get in your photo shoots. Within a photo shoot, there are many factors that affect image quality: lighting, camera settings, the type of camera used, white balance, etc.

- COLOR VARIATION. Each screen has very different color settings and image resolution. For this reason, the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly in reality. We therefore recommend that you use different screens to compare the color.

- LIGHTING PROBLEMS. All our backgrounds are printed on matte vinyl material which in most cases does not give any lighting problems. However, it is always a plastic material which, by its nature, could reflect the light more in solid colors and in darker designs: in these cases it may be necessary to adjust the lighting. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to get proper lighting on a background.

- YOU PROVIDED A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please check several times that the data provided are correct, we will not refund if you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Each backdrop undergoes several checks before being packed and shipped, to ensure the highest quality of the product. However, in the rare event that the item has a printing defect, you can contact us no later than 3 days after delivery (so send us a message before leaving feedback or opening a complaint, we will be at your complete disposal to resolve the problem).

Please note: after 3 days from receipt of the package, the report will no longer be taken care of.

If you happen to receive your order visibly damaged already in its outer packaging, please refuse the package directly to the courier who delivers it or specify to the courier to "accept it with reserve ". We recommend that you store your rolled backdrops in the shipping tube.

To clean the backdrop, simply use a damp cloth, with a small amount of dish soap if needed.

If the backdrop creases or wrinkles, just roll it tight around the shipping tube and leave it overnight. If this does not work, you can also use a hairdryer (be careful not to keep the hairdryer too close to the material).
