I never got my product. I reached out to the seller and they confirmed that they would take care of it but never heard from them again.

Hello, I have asked for your Paypal ID on our chat to refund the money (I never denied it once against not refunding your order, I am sorry for your experience but it is stuck in customs and in international shipping, certain things are not in our hands as well.
