Only the highest quality faux fur, the ears are supported on a metal wire frame which allows them to be bent into whatever shape you like. All bows and most jewellery pieces are removable as well which allows for further customization of the ears.

All ears are sent packaged in a box and wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from damage during shipping.

UK - first or second class postage (usually arrived in a few working days)

Anywhere else - Tracked and signed (please note that some don't offer both in which case tracked will be used)

Please make sure you select the correct delivery address, once the ears are shipped there is no way to change it, if you've recently changed your address please contact me as soon as possible so I can update it.

Ears and tails shouldn't be exposed to water, if they do come in contact with water then gently pat them down with a clean towel. Ears and tails shouldn't be put in the washer or dryer. Sometimes the faux fur can crease in which case you can gently blow dry it on a low heat with a hairdryer and gently combing the fur in the correct direction.
