The ViperAir2 Air Assist Nozzle is a Dual Tipped Air Assist Nozzle for an xTool D1 or D1 Pro 5w, 10w and 20w.
This nozzle have been designed to work from front to back keeping your finished products and work area much cleaner. The soot and smoke will be pushed to the back so it is sucked out by your exhaust fan, not blown out over your laser and finished products.
This Air Assist Nozzle can be used on cuts as well as engravings.
When cutting, one of the tips will always be pointing directly at your cut and cleaning ahead of the laser no matter what the angle or curve is. Cuts are deeper and cleaner so you won't need to make as many passes or spend time cleaning off soot and other trash.
The domed lens cover keeps your lens cleaner by preventing trash and smoke film from getting on it.
The ViperAir2 Air Assist Nozzle is a direct replacement for any cone style nozzle.
The ViperAir2 Air Assist Nozzle have been designed to fit all D1 and D1 Pro models
D1 5w - 14mm and 16mm
D1 10w - 14mm and 16mm
D1 20w and D1 Pro 10w and 20w

The ViperAir2 Air Assist Nozzles are available to fit 14mm and 16mm Lens Lasers
If you don't know what size you need:
Draw(or cut out) a 14mm and a 16mm circle with your laser out of a small piece of scrap.
Match the circles to the brass colored lens piece on the bottom of the laser.
Some of the older, 1st generation D1's are the only units I know of that had a 14mm lens.
There are still plenty of them out there and I still keep parts available for them.
No modifications are required on any 5w, 10w or 20w D1 or D1 Pro models.
All PRO Models have a 16mm Lens.
The ViperAir2 Air Assist Nozzle is shipped with 2 brass tips installed.
There is no other setup needed. Just slide it on and hook up your air hose.

What an improvement to the D1 Pro's air assist. Much cleaner cuts and engraving
Excellent replacement over stock. Makes the cuts much cleaner with less soot and char. My last one fell victim to a flare up incident so I rushed to get another one asap.
