This is a cute vintage dress from the 40s or early 50s. No labels. No size tags. The bust measures 40", waist 36", see measurements below.

Made of a cotton blend in a busy pink & green floral pattern.

The dress is sleeveless with a wide rounded neckline. Neckline has 2 pleats in the front. The waist has 2 fabric belt loops & a matching fabric covered belt with a fabric covered buckle. The skirt has two large hip pockets that stand away from the body of the skirt. Zips on the left side with a metal zipper.

The dress is in good condition, no damage. No soil or stains. No wear or tear but there are some old underarm repairs to the seams. Charming!

Measurements were taken with the garment lying flat. If you have never worn vintage before, please measure yourself!! Vintage sizes run smaller than today's sizes, you need to know your measurements! Your measurements need to be slightly smaller than those given for a nice fit. If you have any questions about measuring, please ask before purchasing.

Bust measured below underarm from side seam to side seam: 20.5" for a 40" or smaller bust

Waist measured from side seam to side seam at the waist seam: 18" for a 36" or smaller waist

Hip from side seam to side seam: 24.5" for a 48" or smaller hip

Length measured from shoulder to hem: 39" from waist to hem is 23.5"

Shoulders: 16.5"

Belt measures from 37" to 40.5"
