All products are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.

I usually ship all the orders within 1-3 days after purchase. There can be some small variations and delays due to special occasions and busy periods.

Each item is carefully packaged in a cardboard flat mailer (except large custom orders which are shipped in a tube) to ensure its safe travel to your home. I use biodegradable plastic to wrap and secure some of the items, but I try to reduce my impact on the environment as much as possible and to reduce my use of plastic.

Shipping times:

SPAIN: approximately 3-4 working days, depending on country/city.
EUROPE: approximately 7-21 working days, depending on country/city.
USA: approximately 7-21 working days, depending on country/city.
REST OF THE WORLD: approximately 7-21 working days, depending on country/city.

Please note that these are estimates and allow for extra time and patience during busy periods and during this special Covid situation.


Please add your phone number as a note to your order, or please send me a message as soon as possible with your INTERNATIONAL PHONE NUMBER, for delivery purposes. Please note that if you don't send me your phone number, the delivery person might not be able to contact you for delivery details and your order might be returned to me after a few days without answer. I cannot be held responsible if this happens and new shipping costs will be to the charge of the buyer.

Please note that if you choose the 'STANDARD SHIPPING' option, the order isn't registered and there is no way to track it. Please understand that in that case, I cannot be held responsible for any damage/delay/loss of the package if you chose this option.

If you wish to be able to track your item, please use the 'REGISTERED WITH TRACKING NUMBER' or 'URGENT DELIVERY' option. That way you have a guarantee that if your item doesn't arrive in perfect conditions or doesn't arrive in a reasonable amount of time, I will send you a replacement.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
