Most of the time, I make wallpapers to fit your wall exactly. If you tell me your wall's size, I can tell you how much it will cost. You can tell me the size in inches or centimetres.

What are the available materials?

We offer three types of materials for our wallpapers: 1. Peel and Stick (150 microns): This is a self-adhesive material that's easy to apply and remove. It's slightly thicker for easy handling and has a smooth finish. 2. PVC-Free Gray Back (100 microns): This eco-friendly option is free of PVC materials and has a gray backside to help block out underlying colors or patterns on your wall. 3. Traditional Wallpaper: This is the classic wallpaper material that requires wallpaper paste for application. It's perfect if you're looking for a more permanent solution. Please let us know which material suits your needs best!

Do you accept returns?

As our wallpapers are custom-made for each order, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any damage to your order during transit, we're here to help. Please provide us with photos of both the damaged wallpaper and package, and we will promptly send out a replacement at no extra cost to you for insurance purposes.

Are customs charges applicable?

Please note that all customers are responsible for their own custom charges. If these charges are not collected by Etsy at the time of your purchase, you will need to pay them separately in your country. Before placing an order, I strongly encourage all customers, especially those within the EU in light of Brexit, to understand any potential custom charges applicable in their country. By placing an order, you are acknowledging and accepting this responsibility.

How should I prepare the surface?

• For any irregularities on the wall, ensure they are smoothed out by applying an even coat and allowing it to dry. Just like old plaster or paint, the wall should be cleaned and smoothed before wallpaper installation. • The wall should not have been painted for at least 21 days prior to hanging the wallpaper. • Clean the wall using a cloth dampened with warm water to remove all dust, grease, or any other substances that could reduce the wallpaper's adhesion. Do not use chemicals or soap for this. Ensure the wall is completely dry before installation. • If there are electrical outlets on the wall, ensure you turn off the power supply before beginning the wallpaper installation and remove the outlets.

What is included in the sample order (12" x 8")?

Samples are available for each material. You'll receive the sample with the same scale and color as shown in the listing images. • For each design ordered, you'll receive a small-scale and large-scale version regardless of the quantity, allowing you to see the whole pattern/mural and a zoomed-in view.
