My item has arrived damaged

Great care is taken to package your items carefully, so they arrive in the same condition in which they are sent. Unfortunately, accidents through the mail system can happen and are out-with my control. Please check your item on receipt and notify me within 36hrs of delivery should you have any issues. As I use Australia Post, they require all packaging and padding within the box to be kept and presented to your local Post Office, in order for a damage claim to be made. The claim would then be between yourself and Australia Post. Whilst I can try my best to assist in this process, any compensation would be paid directly to you and not myself. Therefore, it is imperative that all packaging be retained for this purpose.

All items are sent using Australia Post, however we may from time to time use an alternative courier should the need arise. Delivery timescales offered by Etsy are calculated using Australia Post's delivery guidelines. These are not guaranteed and are out-with my control.

Do you offer Express Post?

Yes, all listings have Express Post as an upgrade option at checkout. Alternatively, if you can't find this I do have a separate listing for Express Post that you can add to your cart for an upgrade - just don't add both!

Collections can be arranged from our Hornsby workshop, appointment necessary - Monday to Friday 10am-2pm.

Custom and personalised orders

I have a wide range of fonts and colour options available. Should you not find a colour or font style that you have in mind, please get in touch. I may have what you need in stock.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer specific gift wrapping options, however all items are packaged with care and love. If your item is a gift and being sent directly to the recipient, please let me know and I will put extra love into the packaging on your behalf.

As all our items are hand crafted, variations will occur. Images are for indicative purposes and not a replication of the item you will receive. Toppers vary with the personalised details you provide, this alters the size and placement. Mockup designs are available after purchase and before production, just leave a note on your order to request.

No, we do not sell toys. Some items are sold as room decor pieces, or items to be used for photography purposes. These must always be used with strict adult supervision and are not to be left with children unsupervised.

Can I change the delivery address?

Unfortunately I am unable to change an address after purchase. Please ensure you update your address in Etsy prior to purchase.

Can I change an order that I have already made?

Unfortunately, changes cannot be made after purchase. Messaging requests can't be tied back to an order and can often be missed. Please ensure you choose items carefully and check your personalisation spelling prior to purchase and double check the delivery address on file is correct.

Acrylic Earring Holder

Display all your earrings on this personalised stand, which holds 32 pairs. The stand makes it so easy to see all your at once and be able to choose the perfect pair to match your outfit, not to mention the added benefit of not being able to find a matching pair!

Made from 3mm acrylic and accented with a personalised name in a choice of colours. The frosted stand has a matte finish on both side, whereas the clear, white & light blue have a gloss finish on both sides. The light pink has a matte finish on one side and a gloss on the other, so you have a choice which side you would like facing forward with the name on.

Measuring 182mm x 130mm x 3mm (base measures 60mm deep).

Will be posted in two pieces (stand and base), which can be easily slotted together on receipt.

Cast acrylic is a robust acrylic, but may break if dropped and can be easily cleaned with a dry microfibre cloth.
